Longevity Fund Small Business Grants
In 2020, I began leading initiatives at Welcome to Chinatown, a grassroots organization amplifying and addressing the critical needs of Manhattan's Chinatown.
In addition to people ops, structuring an ambassador program, and conducting analysis of COVID-19 small business grants to Chinatown zip codes (tl;dr, most of the grants didn't actually go to Asian-owned businesses), I spent most of my time on the Longevity Fund.

More Equity Podcast
In addition to working on the investment team at Harlem Capital, a major part of my role involved producing content around our thesis of investing and encouraging diverse founders. To that end, I launched our More Equity podcast with series of interviews with six female founders.
The More Equity podcast is available on all platforms and you can find my episodes collated here.
In addition to working on the investment team at Harlem Capital, a major part of my role involved producing content around our thesis of investing and encouraging diverse founders. I wrote our 2020 female founders report, which analyzed a dataset of over 300 female founders who had raised over $1M in funding.
The report was covered by Forbes.
